Eduscrum

EduScrum is based on the idea of the agile mindset where individuals have the attitude and are able to cope with the growing complexity of the work environment, professional or educational. It is very useful for project-based learning where students have to solve complex tasks in a structural manner without a teacher giving direct information about what they have to do. The teacher decides ‘what’ and ‘why’ to do a particular task, but it is the students who get to decide ‘how’ by applying self-organized learning and active participation. EduScrum is the tool that fits the needs of the 21st century as it makes students work more collaboratively but it also makes them become owners of their own decisions and strategies which is how most of the current job market is structured.
